Our Blast from the Past Riesling Terroir package consists of 5 bottles of 0.75l each:

• 2 bottles of Riesling Mineral C vom Kalkmergel 2017 dry organic* 12.5% ​​alcohol
• 2 bottles of Wolfsheim Riesling vom Kalkmergel 2017 dry organic* 12.5% ​​alcohol
• 1 bottle of Riesling Hinter Berg und Tal 2015 dry** 13% alcohol

2017 Riesling Mineral C vom Kalkmergel organic*

Limestone marl is a terroir that our Riesling brings perfectly into the glass. With freshness and tension, the fine, elegant fruit of citrus and peach always dances on the tongue.

Hand picked, spontaneous fermentation, 100% stainless steel, 6 months of sedimentation, bottling and 24 months of bottle ageing.

2017 Wolfsheim Riesling vom Kalkmergel organic*

Our vineyards are located in Vendersheim and Wolfsheim, and this wine brings the lime marl from our terroir perfectly and uncompromisingly to the palate. This wine pairs goes well with salty and fatty dishes such as salmon, beef tartare or a schnitzel.

Hand picked, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 6 months of sedimentation, bottling and 24 months of bottle ageing. More grip, complexity and direct than the Riesling Mineral C.

2015 Riesling Hinter Berg und Tal dry**

Behind mountains and valleys lies, almost hidden, this vineyard with 30-year-old vines. We used selective hand-picking to harvest fully ripe, healthy grapes at the end of the 2015 harvest. A short standing time, gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation have given this Riesling the tools it needs for the long haul. The pure Riesling taste from a single limestone vineyard in an initial ripening phase.
