Pinot Blanc is where the Francophile character of this variety is expressed in its most beautiful form: with depth, complexity elegance, and plenty of fun.

Our vineyard draws this particularly from its south-east location and the limestone soil of the Wißberg. 

Featuring notes of ripe stone fruit, pear, quince, apple, well-integrated minerality and a little brioche, but also saltiness and a tension that won't let you go. Be sure to use large and/or mouth-blown glasses.

13.5% alcohol. Contains sulphites. Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039.
