Riesling village from our vineyard in the village of Wolfsheim. Pure and mineral from the limestone soil on which our vines grow. Slightly cooler due to the very high proportion of limestone in the vineyard's terroir.

100% hand-picked, 100% terroir, a small portion of the vintage was fermented Tonneau.
